Phased reopening of Kings Norton Library

From Monday 7 September, the Kings Norton Library will be open from 9am-4pm every weekday.

We will be offering a click and collect service so you can reserve items from our printed collection and then make an appointment to pick them up from the library.

We are planning to provide bookable study space from the beginning of October. Your safety is our priority, and some changes need to be made in our building before we can offer this service.

We will be announcing further changes on this page as we are able to provide more in-house services, so please do check it regularly.

Visiting the library

Please only visit the library to pick up items at your collection time, or to return them. We are unable to offer any in-person support at the moment. Please read our advice before you visit.

Online help and support

We will continue to provide online services and support via our Library website.

Library staff are available online to help you every weekday, 9am-5pm. You are welcome to contact us by email and if you need more in-depth advice, please email your Information Specialist and they will arrange a video call with you.

The majority of our resources are available online 24/7. Some publishers are also providing free or extended access to their resources during COVID-19.

You can also Suggest a purchase (for online material only at this time).

Returning existing loan items

If you are ready to return items you have on loan from us, you can either bring them back to the library (if you live nearby), or contact library@cranfield.ac.uk if you live further away and would like to return them by post.
